The City of Moore Parks and Recreation Department is seeking written proposals for
fitness, cardio and strength equipment, including, site layout, equipment procurement
and delivery to site, installation and all necessary labor, all safety related components
and safety training, maintenance and maintenance training, and demonstration of
proper use of all equipment at The Station at Central Park. (All training and
demonstrations)
The Station at Central Park is a brand new, one of a kind recreation center and aquatics
facility that will serve the communities of Moore and the surrounding cities. The Station
will offer a variety of excellent, high quality programing and services through many
health and wellness classes, adult and youth sports, aquatics programs, farmers
market, as well as life skill classes like CRP/First Aid and lifeguarding classes to as many
as 276,000 patrons annually.
Specific information as follows:
1) Designs shall be submitted with a scale drawing of the layout and written descriptions
of each component of the fitness, cardio and strength equipment –

Provide design services
Provide pictures of each fitness, cardio and strength equipment
Site layout
Equipment procurement and delivery to site
Provide installation
Provide all necessary labor
Provide all safety related components
Provide all safety training, maintenance, and proper use of all equipment
Provide opportunity to swap out any infrequently used equipment after the first
year
2) Proposal: Provide an all-inclusive lump-sum price per the services sought herein, overhead,
profit, direct expenses/cost and indirect. All pricing must include, but not limited to all costs for
labor, material, delivery, layout, supervision, equipment, hoisting, uncrating, setting,
installation, drawings, submittals, samples, mock ups, bonds, overhead, profit and any other
costs necessary to complete the work required.
Add/Alternate 1: Find Financial Institution to finance the purchase of the Fitness Equipment,
some cardio will be on a 3 year lease and the rest will be on a 5 year lease agreement to stay
within our $92,000 per year leasing budget.
