Counterweights

Remove counter weights

Remove at head socket cap screw (FHSCS) from both counter weights using a 7/32” Allen wrench.

Description

1 FHSCS (2) torque to 250 lbs-in

2 Counter weight (2)

3 Loctite (2)

4 Pulley and crank shaft assembly

5 Top edge of counter weight

needs to be perpendicular to

slot on crank shaft

Lower Pivot Assembly

Remove lower pivot assembly

1. Remove the two screws, two lock washers and two at washers from the lower pivot shaft

using a 7/16” or 1/2” socket wrench.

Description

1 Screw

2 Lock washer

3 Flat washer

4 Lower pivot shaft

5 Drive belts

2. Remove the lower pivot assembly out of the drive belts and from the frame.

Installing lower pivot assembly

1. Slide the lower pivot assembly through both drive belts and into place on the frame. Conrm

that both drive belts are straight and centered in place.

2. Tighten one HHCS a few turns then tighten the other HHCS a few turns using a 7/16” or 1/2”

socket wrench. Alternate until both HHCS are secure.
