Quick Operation Guide
Maximum user weight is 400 lbs. (181 kg).
The following is a quick overview of the operation of the treadmill. For more information read Detailed
Operation Guide in this chapter.
Place your feet on the two top steps located on each side of the running belt.1.
WARNING: Do not stand on the running belt when starting the treadmill. Always place
your feet on the two top steps when beginning a workout.
Clip the e-stop clip onto your clothing and test it as described under 2. Emergency Stop in the
Safety chapter.
Press the 3. QUICK START key.
The treadmill begins a countdown, “3...2...1,” after which it accelerates the belt to 0.5 mph (0.8 4.
kph) and enters Active Mode.
Hold the handrails while you step onto the running belt and begin walking.5.
Press the 6. Speed + – keys to change the belt speed at any time. The right display will show the
current speed.
Press the 7. Incline ▲▼ keys to change the incline at any time. The left display will show incline.
Press the 8. Stop key at any time to stop the running belt. “Workout Review” is displayed and the
incline returns to 0%.

Plug the treadmill power cord into a power outlet from a grounded, single phase, dedicated 1.
circuit, rated for one of the following:
100 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 20A
115 VAC, 60 Hz, 20A
208 VAC, 60 Hz, 15A
220 VAC, 60 Hz, 15A
230 VAC, 50 Hz, 13A, UK
240 VAC, 50 Hz, 15A
Set the on/off switch to the on position. 2.
