Cybex Owner’s Manual
Cardio - Ramps
This workout is a three-minute forty-ve second core workout with a progressively increasing
resistance prole designed to encourage the user to work towards their anaerobic energy system.
The rst three stages are forty-ve seconds each and with the last three at thirty seconds each ending
with the nal stage at peak resistance. The resistance then returns to the preliminary level and the
core workout repeats itself.
