Active keys during this test (hold keys for two seconds):
START/ENTER will advance you to the next diagnostic test.
STOP will exit and return you to the mode you were in before
entering Diagnostic Tests.
SHIFT backs you up one step in the diagnostics test menu.
The - and + keys change the speed set point.
The v
^
arrow keys change the elevation set point.
d4: Incline Sensor Test
This test allows you to elevate the treadmill up and down using the v
^
arrow keys. The
elevation % grade reading flashes in the left control panel window.
This test displays the diagnostic test number d4 and flashes the elevation % grade in the left
control panel window as the correlating elevation encoder value is shown in the right window.
Each % grade is equivalent to 88 counts of the encoder.
For example:
d4 12 972

Also active in this diagnostic is the capability to calibrate the treadmill by pressing the
v key and the + key simultaneously.
d5: LED Test
This test lights up all the LEDs and back-lit messages on the display individually, in sequence.
It allows you to locate any bad LED segments.

d6: Key Pad Test
The diagnostic test number d6 is displayed in the left control panel window. This test displays
a code number for any key depressed during the test in the right display window. Each key on
the display is represented by a code number 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, counting from left to right.
