P7 Strength
The Strength program is designed with the specifi c goal of raising the users’ lactic acid threshold. The
program uses a 1:3 work to rest ratio with fi fteen-second intervals for maximum power development and
forty-fi ve second rest periods for recuperation. See table and Figure 7.
